Academic Counsellor/Sales Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Answer the calls of enquires, or do the calling/cold calling for enrolment using the office phones only
2. Do the follow-up calls for enrolments
3. Brief the walk-ins and enquirers about the courses, services, and facilities provided by the training company as laid down in the training manual
4. Counsel and convert the enquires into enrollment at British Lingua
5. Entertain calls and answer them with correct and suitable replies as guided by the company literature
6. Evaluate the candidates language skills through a set of questions designed and developed by the training company - a set of questions is placed on the inquiry form
7. Get inquiry forms filled in and assess them for the suitability of the courses

Requirement: BBA/MBA/Graduates.
