1. Counsel and assist Corporate Executive aspirants in registering for Executive Education Programs from top management institutes like IIMA, IIMC, IIML, IIMI, XLRI, SP Jain
2. Dedicate 8 hours daily for tele-counselling leads to acquire candidates
3. Make outbound calls to reach new and assigned leads, committing to a target of 150 calls per day (minimum 40-50 connected calls, 3-4 hours of talk time)
4. Prioritize calling fresh and open leads, followed by callbacks and follow-up calls as per participant timelines
5. Close calls on leads interested in registering for paid programs
6. Probe to understand candidates' background, including education, work experience, role, and objectives, and match with the right program
7. Advise and counsel candidates, helping them understand how the program aligns with their career objectives
8. Guide aspirants on program format, timelines, USPs, and other program details
9. Ensure that at least 10% of eligible and valid leads register for Executive Education Programs each week
10. Support the document collection team to ensure candidates submit required documents
11. Assist candidates throughout the selection process and ensure their participation in interviews
12. Update calling information and progress in real-time on the CRM system
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Indore, Mumbai and neighboring cities
Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹25,000 - 30,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
