Key responsibilities:

1. Monitor product and curriculum usage at schools
2. Conduct workshops/demos of the product for trials at prospective schools along with the sales team
3. Train the teachers, monitor their usage performance & provide effective feedback
4. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt service
5. Monitor the performance of faculty provided and motivate them for weekly and monitor performance
6. Report to the implementation head for your state regularly

Who can apply:

1. B.Ed or equivalent graduate
2. 0-1 year of prior work experience (teaching or curriculum development experience mandatory)
3. Strong communication skills
4. High level of operational proactiveness
5. Fluent in English and the local language - Marathi
6. Experience handling implementation in schools across the city
7. Willing to travel to schools within the state (the role would require out-of-base city travel up to 15 days a month)
