Account Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Working on file management
2. Working on book entries in Tally (journal entries, contra, receipt, cash payment) and maintaining the accounts
3. Preparing credit/debit notes and issuing them to respective parties
4. Preparing monthly and weekly sales and purchase reports
5. Preparing bank reconciliation
6. Preparing vendor payment reconciliation
7. Preparing accounts payable, and accounts receivable process
8. Working on the preparation of the purchase register and sales register
9. Working on the preparation of purchase orders
10. Working on the preparation of sales invoice
11. Working on inventory management and monthly stock checking TDS return
12. Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR 1, GSTR 2, GSTR 3)
13. Preparing MIS reports
14. Assisting the auditor in reviewing financial data and other documents of the company

Requirements:

1. Must have proficiency in Excel and Word
2. Good communication skills
3. Qualification: B. Com/M. Com/CA intermediate
4. Those who are from Gurgaon
