We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven business marketing and growth manager to lead the marketing, sales, and growth initiatives for our video production and creative agency. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a strong background in digital marketing, and a proven track record in business development. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating leads, building strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Business development & growth:
1. Develop and implement a strategic growth plan to expand the agency's client base.
2. Identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and emerging markets to drive revenue.
3. Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, agencies, and industry influencers.
4. Craft compelling sales pitches and proposals tailored to client needs.
5. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
6. Develop pricing strategies and service packages for different client segments.

B. Marketing & branding:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility.
2. Oversee content marketing efforts, including blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and thought leadership articles.
3. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and influencer collaborations.
4. Plan and execute promotional campaigns for new video production services or creative offerings.
5. Coordinate with the creative team to produce compelling marketing materials, showreels, and portfolios.
6. Track and analyze marketing performance, leveraging data to refine strategies.

C. Client relationship management:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
3. Gather client feedback and translate insights into actionable improvements.
4. Manage post-project follow-ups and upsell additional services.

D. Strategic partnerships & networking:
1. Identify and build partnerships with complementary businesses, agencies, and influencers.
2. Represent the agency at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
3. Collaborate with media and PR agencies to boost brand presence.

Key skills & qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
2. Good understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy.
3. Proven track record in driving revenue growth and securing high-value deals.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
6. Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
7. Passion for storytelling, creativity, and the content production industry.
