Key responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and effective account management
2. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their needs
3. Engage in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to drive sales and secure project contracts
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery
5. Stay up-to-date with current market trends and developments in technology
6. Seek knowledge and stay informed about emerging trends to ensure our company remains at the forefront of innovation
7. Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
8. Generate sales leads through effective networking and relationship-building strategies
9. Develop new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients
10. Expand existing accounts by upselling and cross-selling our products and services
11. Prepare and deliver persuasive and engaging presentations using MS PowerPoint to pitch products, services, and solutions to potential clients
12. Utilize MS Excel to analyze sales data, generate reports, and track performance against targets
13. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including creative, technical, and operational departments, to ensure smooth project execution and delivery
14. Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on project progress, performance metrics, and new product offerings


1. Possess a genuine interest in event technology and project management
2. Demonstrate technical acumen to effectively comprehend our products and provide clear and concise explanations to clients
3. A candidate from an event technology background is preferable
