About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on the recruitment process
2. Screen the profiles of the candidates, handle 70-80 calls a day, and judge their fitment for the role (initial months (1-3 months)
3. Drive the closures of the candidates and drive the revenue (post-initial training (there would be a few accounts that would be handed over))
4. Work on stakeholder management & interact daily with the clients - HR head, hiring manager, founder of the company
5. Manage engagement with the candidates (till the time he/she joins the company, starting from scheduling the interviews)

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,20,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
