About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on the revenue cycle management (US medical billing) for providers
2. Work on managing denials and rejection
3. Work on verifying eligibility and benefits
4. Gain good knowledge of HIPPA, CPT codes, ICD9/10, appeals, and denial management
5. Follow up with insurance companies in the US for denied/unpaid claims
6. Review the claim status & update
7. Communicate effectively via phone and email
8. Work on the evaluation of clinical documentation
