About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Book-keeping
2. Banking
3. Accounts Finalisation
4. Coordination with Auditors
5. Office Administration

Daily activities: Vouching, Book-keeping entries, journals, ledgers, extractions of reports including Trial Balance, P&L, Balance sheet, Inventory etc., coordination with Auditors for accounts finalization, filing of Direct and Indirect (GST) Returns and follow up on the same and maintenance of all records. Office administration including filing, record maintenance, office utilities, and cleanliness.

Other requirements

Qualification: Degree preferably in Commerce from a recognized/reputed University/Institute

Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in handling accounts and banking together with normal daily office administration

Special skills: Thorough knowledge of the Tally accounting package in recent versions and MS Office, Emails. Knowledge in organizing video conferences by Teams/Zoom is an additional qualification

Languages: Written and spoken knowledge in Tamil and English is compulsory. Knowledge of Hindi and Telugu is added advantage

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
