Key responsibilities:

1. Manage accounts payable and receivable, including raising invoices and reconciling accounts across all operating entities
2. Assist with month-end and year-end procedures and corporate reporting including quarterly VAT/GST returns
3. Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue
4. Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
5. Raise bills and purchase orders and assist with the weekly payment run file
6. Following up with business stakeholders to ensure costs are allocated to the appropriate cost line
7. Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation and review of journal entries and account reconciliations
8. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to monitor and interpret financial performance
