Accountant Fresher Job

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented accountant to manage the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in accounting, with hands-on knowledge of GST, taxation, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. They should be well-versed with Tally ERP 9 and Google Workspace.

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounts department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and taxation
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally ERP 9
3. Manage the filing of GST returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
4. Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable, and ensure timely payment of invoices and bills
5. Prepare financial reports and statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
6. Liaise with auditors and tax authorities as required
7. Manage the organization's cash flow and monitor financial performance against budgets
8. Conduct periodic financial analyses to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
9. Provide guidance and support to other members of the accounts team
10. Stay up-to-date with developments in financial and accounting regulations and laws
