Accountant Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage Tally accounting software and maintain records by backing up the data every 2 days
2. Maintain accounting documents at par with applicable laws and regulations
3. Maintain proper accounting records
4. Represent Radiant Elastomers Private Limited by maintaining rapport with excise and sales tax officials
5. Complete the daily task assigned by superiors
6. Notify management of due dates and deadlines for filing taxes and excise returns
7. Maintain accounting books and heads with the most accurate data
8. File the paperwork properly
9. Call a client in case of payment overdue and pending C forms
10. Follow up with CA for any documentation and accounting procedures
11. Check inventory and other materials upon receipt
12. Accept documentation with proper approval
13. Work on voucher entry and management
14. Ensure system entry is made for payment receipts and manual entry is also be maintained
15. Raise the invoice to be made upon proper approval and proper paperwork submitted
16. Work on petty cash management
17. Follow REPL protocols for order management
18. Prepare BRS (bank reconciliation statement)
19. Weekly debtors and creditors statements need to be submitted to the management
20. Prepare statements for pending C forms, H forms, and I forms
21. Prepare statements concerning GST and be able to prepare reports for GSTR 3B
22. Correlate purchases and sales by preparing statements of GSTR 1 and GSTR 2
23. Prepare challans for payments of GSTR3B, TDS, and others as required from time to time
24. Maintain rapport with suppliers and vendors and update their payment schedule accordingly
