About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage all the accounting transactions
2. Publish financial statements on time
3. Prepare and maintain important financial reports
4. Evaluate financial operations to recommend best practices
5. Identify issues and strategize solutions to help the organization run effectively
6. Mark attendance on a daily basis
7. Handle the staff salary metrics
8. Maintain details of stocks
9. Work on filling and scanning of bills
10. Manage the TDS workings and other taxes

Requirements:

1. Experience as an accountant (fresher)
2. Knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, etc.

Skill(s) required

Accounting English Proficiency (Written) MS-Excel MS-Office Tally

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn Tally

Learn MS-Excel

Learn Business Communication

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
