Accountant Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintain books of accounts (purchase, sales, cash, bank, JV, exp) in Tally ERP
2. Prepare MIS reports, stock statements, cash flow, and various other reports/statements
3. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
4. Handle vendor statement reconciliation and identify the reconciling items
5. Prepare and process transfers and payments
6. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
7. Produce monthly reports
8. Provide supporting documentation for audits
9. Maintain accurate historical records
10. Resolve vendor and employee queries
11. Assist in closing monthly books of accounts including account reconciliations, updation of checklists and calendars
12. Ensure statutory compliance for TDS, TCS, GST amp; other taxes, and e-way bills compliance
13. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
14. Establish and follow a proper filing system for both offline and online documents
15. Possess proper communication skills to get the work done on a timely basis
