1. Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally Prime and Zoho Books.
2. Prepare, verify, and analyze MIC reports and internal financial reports.
3. Handle GST filing, TDS calculations, and all related statutory compliances accurately and on time.
4. Manage bank reconciliations, vendor payments, customer invoicing, and petty cash.
5. Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures.
6. Maintain accurate documentation and filing for audits and financial compliance.
7. Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and cost control analysis.
8. Coordinate with external auditors, CA, and financial consultants when needed.
9. Stay updated with latest accounting standards, GST rules, and filing norms.
10. Maintain financial discipline and support the finance team in streamlining processes.
11. Ability to manage accounting software integrations and data management efficiently.
