About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in maintaining financial record and preparing basic financial reports
2. Prepare balance sheet, income statement and other financial documents
3. Help with bookkeeping task, including managing accounts, payable, and receivable
4. Process invoices, receipts and payments while ensuring accurate data entry
5. Organised and update financial spreadsheet, ensuring that they are up-to-date
6. Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
7. Assistant preparation of budgets and forecast for various departments
