About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Deploy a financial solution to digitize the functionalities of a society
2. Meet clients and execute effective product demonstrations, emphasizing
3. product features and benefits with a focus on the value of the solution
4. Connect with committee members of apartments and societies to understand the scope of the business and their expectations
5. Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate opportunities to improve customer satisfaction


1. Minimum 1-5 years of proven track record in deploying financial solutions and ability to meet targets
2. The candidate must have basic accounting and finance background (e.g.
3. Graduated with a BAF degree)
4. Should have an interest in business development for software application products/solutions (B2C)
5. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to generate revenue for the organization
6. Should be proficient in Hindi and English
7. Fluency in the regional language is a plus point
8. Should be comfortable working on weekends (Saturday & Sunday are compulsory working days, with a week off between Monday-Thursday)
9. Effective presentation and negotiation skills
10. The candidate should have proficiency in Tally and MS Office

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%
