Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in the preparation and finalization of financial documents
2. Ensure that all accounts payable and receivable processes are conducted timely and accurately
3. Reconcile and manage all accounts, including bank statements and credit accounts
4. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports
5. Analyze, review and report on financial information
6. Prepare and review budget, revenue, expenses, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents
7. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
8. Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
9. Handle all external and internal audits
10. Liaise with external parties such as suppliers, customers, and government entities
Requirements:
1. Must know accounting, MS Office, MS Excel, English proficiency (spoken), English proficiency (written) & Tally
