About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Working on project-wise voucher filling
2. Handling invoicing as per the ToR
3. Handling day-to-day projects and accounting
4. Making all payments/reimbursements in a timely fashion and maintaining all required books of accounts
5. Liaising with the bank, obtaining necessary documentation, and preparing monthly bank reconciliation statements
6. Maintaining employee reimbursement records
7. Handling day-to-day work with a bank (TDS deposit, vendor payment deposit, salary deposit)
8. Providing daily MIS of financial transactions as required by the manager (finance)
9. Preparing monthly and quarterly TDS challans/returns
10. Assisting at the time of statutory audit/project audits
11. Performing other relevant duties as required by the finance manager
