About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Book transportation and hotel reservations, using a computer terminal or telephone
2. Handle requests from guests, companies, and travel agents via phone or other platforms
3. Make sure booking information is input correctly into the system
4. Maintain and update room vacancies on online booking platforms
5. Converse with the customer to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

3. Other incentives: 10%
