Accounts (CA) Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Pass timely journal entries of the payment toward expenses
2. Maintain petty cash
3. Work on regional office/branch office expense processing & accounting
4. Work on bank reconciliation
5. Work on reconciliation & pass other accounting entries independently
6. Prepare a balance sheet
7. Work on the profitability statement
8. Manage reports
9. Face statutory and regulation audits
10. Process all the received invoices that are paid on or before the due date
11. Complete the payment by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling the invoices
12. Reconciles processed invoices by verifying entries and system reports to balances
13. Process accounts payable invoices for payment by matching and verifying with purchase orders, requisitioners, vendor statements, and receipts
14. Work on voucher entries- purchase & sales, etc.
15. Maintain stock (inventory)
16. Help CA in tax finalization and audit reports

Requirements:

1. Must have full knowledge of GST
2. Proficient in MS Office, Tally & other accounting software
3. Well-versed and experienced in computerized accounts
4. Should have the ability to understand the changes in the accounting system
5. Excellent verbal & communication skills
6. Must have the ability to understand the accounting system
7. Should have accounts payable knowledge with 2-5+ years experience and
hands-on SAP system experience
8. Experience in handling PO and non-PO-based invoices
9. Must have experience in SAP accounts payable
10. CA or inter with 1-2 years of experience
