Accounts Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintain accounts in Tally accounting software
2. Work on coordination & collections from vendors/clients
3. Manage all phases of accounts payable and accounts receivable
4. Prepare regular reports and summaries of all accounting aspects of the company
5. Verify all the accounts entries and correct the irregularities if any
6. Make payment vouchers, cheques, invoices, receipts, etc.
7. Prepare bank reconciliation and bank books
8. Pass journal entries and issue payment receipts
9. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow

Who can apply:

1. Graduate in commerce/accounts or similar qualification
2. Hands-on experience with Tally software
3. Must have extensive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
4. Knowledge of GST & TDS will be added advantage
5. Must have journal entries and bookkeeping knowledge
6. Must have good communication skills, both written and spoken
7. Fast learner and has the ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines
