About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on closing books for cash
2. Work on daily/monthly cash budgeting
3. Produce daily cash reports
4. Work on cash book accounting, both system and hardcopy
5. Ensure proper payment of bills on time
6. Check branding/event/meets/hotel bills
7. Review cash flow statements daily/monthly
8. Monitor the complete cash movement
9. Maintain sufficient balance in cash
10. Work on monthly book closing
11. Work on the fixed expenses booking on time
12. Work on legal paper custody and coordination
13. Work on vendor reconciliation monthly, quarterly, and yearly
14. Work on advance settlement for both vendors and employees
15. Work on AR and AP management
