Accounts Executive Fresher Job

We are looking for an account executive who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day cash flow of the organization including making invoices, maintaining records of transactions, monitoring expenses, and providing reports to the management for financial analysis. The account executive should create new sales prospects by networking, and then transforming those chances into long-term collaborations.

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintaining records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc.
2. Handling day-to-day accounting
3. Preparing invoices and following up on pending payments
4. Handling all banking-related works
5. Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email
6. Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc, and keeping track of them
7. Handling and filling GST
8. Preparing profit and loss statements
9. Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining the ledger, maintaining the account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities
10. Handling petty cash
11. Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws

Skills & Requirements:

1. Skills in Tally ERP (latest version) and Zoho Books
2. Bachelor s degree in accounting or its equivalent
3. Proficient in managing accounting software
4. Knowledge of accounting and taxation laws and keeping abreast of the changes
5. Excellent record-keeping and accounting skills with high ethics
6. Good team player and should have good communication
7. BCom graduates are preferred but still you can apply if you match the above skills
