Accounts Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary contact for all accounts-related interactions with vendors and clients
2. Efficiently address and resolve queries, reconciliations, and disputes
3. Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections
4. Manage vendor payments, reimbursements, and other expense-related transactions
5. Oversee banking relationships, including account management and transaction monitoring
6. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and disbursements
7. Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers/vendors
8. Onboard new partners as per business requirements
9. Collaborate with CA offices and remote accounts teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure compliance
10. Prepare and deliver accurate periodic financial reports
11. Assist in audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
12. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations' efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1-4 years of experience in an Accounts team, preferably within the service industry
2. Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and Advanced Excel
3. Familiarity with financial reconciliation and payroll software is a plus
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
5. High level of discretion with sensitive financial information
6. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
7. Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities
