Key responsibilities:

1. Maintain and update financial records and documents
2. Efficiently update all revenue in Tally from our internal collection software
3. Keep track of vendor invoices (Recurring expenses)
4. Monitor and record all Petty cash expenses for all branches in Tally
5. Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks
6. Support financial reporting activities
7. Coordinate with all branches to resolve any discrepancies in revenue or bills
8. Ensure timely monthly closing of all responsibilities
9. Manage utility bills for all branches
10. Conduct monthly audits of center and gateway collections
11. Reconciliation of Banks, POS Machine, Payment gateway
