Administration Associate Fresher Job

We are looking for high-functioning sharp individuals keen on developing skills in various admin roles and growing their careers in digital media. The selected candidate would work directly in the founder's office.

Key responsibilities:

1. Plan, create, and manage schedules on behalf of the founder's office
2. Correspond with partner creators and guests on scheduling recordings
3. Study performance analytics to develop weekly, and monthly performance reports
4. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks at the founder's office
5. Regularly update calendar schedules and records and maintain documents

Skills we are looking for:

1. Exceptional oral and written communication skills in the English language including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
2. Excellent organization skills and
3. Well-versed in MS Office (MS Excel, Word), Google Docs, and creating presentations
4. Ability to operate in a high-pressure time-sensitive environment
5. Have sharp listening and observation skills
6. Strong attention to detail
7. Ability to adapt new technologies that can enhance workflows and increase efficiency with tools like GPT, etc.
7. Experience - freshers or individuals with 1-2 years of relevant experience
