Administration Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Ordering necessary office supplies
2. Negotiating with vendors
3. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
4. Scheduling and coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and office events, maintaining attendance
5. Producing reports, presentations, and documents
6. Managing corporate stock rooms and/or libraries
7. Answering and directing phone calls
8. Setting and managing the daily schedules and calendars of company executives
9. Preparing and/or editing documents, such as expense reports, memos, and invoices
10. Creating spreadsheets, managing databases, preparing presentations
