Key responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel itineraries.
2. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a keen eye for detail and exceptional proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
3. Assist in financial and accounting tasks, such as budget management, expense tracking, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
4. Act as a liaison between the CEO and stakeholders, both internal and external, displaying excellent communication skills and professionalism at all times.
5. Conduct research and assist in the preparation of business proposals, strategic plans, and other key documents, contributing to the CEO's decision-making process.
6. Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive matters with utmost discretion and integrity, ensuring the CEO's trust and confidence.
