About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Maintain documentation & record keeping for the administrative department
2. Work on the maintenance documentation for the annual maintenance contracts with various contractors
3. Work on housekeeping & infrastructure maintenance
4. Maintain the address book for all the contacts
5. Maintain office facilities and other staff welfare
6. Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, office layout, and planning budgetary
7. Work on the booking of tickets to staff & maintain liaison with travel agencies
8. Work on the preparation of memos, cover letters, and other documents as needed from time to time
9. Scan & keep documentation in an organized manner
10. Keep the management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends
11. Maintain workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions, and developing reporting procedures
12. Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities
13. Resolve administrative problems by coordinating the preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions
14. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies
15. Accomplish the result by performing the duty
16. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
17. Visit card coordination & voucher with the printing agency
