Administration Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities :

1. Work on facility administration and maintenance
2. Ensure the facilities are securely locked up at the end of the day and opened at the right times in the mornings
3. Review, manage and handle the spares and party props at the facility along with quarterly inspection and order
4. Supervise and manage facility maintenance staff (custodians, technicians, housekeeping, etc.) and repair technicians
5. Ensure the quality of the facility is a 5-star facility
6. Observe CCTV cameras for security and process compliance
7. Manage the calls and reception
8. Handle customer calls, messages and customer requests
9. Respond to the queries and take up reservations
10. Handle planning and reporting
11. Plan and sustain costs and budget for maintenance, repairs and expenses
12. Maintain all vouchers
13. Ensure maintenance and administrative processes are properly complied with
