Key responsibilities:

1. Assist the directors in day to day activities
2. Handle email communications & scheduling meetings
3. Support in travel bookings and any other tasks given by the directors
4. Maintain expense book and other records
5. Connect with vendors and hotels whenever required to communicate on behalf of director
