About the job

This is a full-time on-site role for an executive/administrative assistant at our Hyderabad location. The Executive/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing communications, and assisting with executive administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the managing director and senior leadership team, handling all aspects of their daily operations.
2. Oversee extensive calendar management, prioritize meetings effectively, and manage expense submissions using internal systems regularly.
3. Arrange travel, accommodation, and meeting schedules for global visitors, the CEO, Board of Directors, and other executive-level guests.
4. Work with cross-functional teams to organize office events and coordinate off-site events as needed.
5. Participate in programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement and fostering a positive organizational culture.
6. Liaise with external stakeholders and vendors to identify and address employee engagement needs and processes, ensuring successful outcomes.
7. Negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and business partners to secure favorable terms and agreements.
8. Collaborate with various teams to develop, implement, and execute operational plans that align with organizational goals. Develop metrics to assess the effectiveness of these strategies.
9. Partner with managers to enhance processes, monitor progress, and implement actionable improvements to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
