Administration Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understand financial accounts, speak to existing clients, take up orders from new clients, and forward them to the other staff within the factory for initiating production of bricks in the factory
2. Submit everyday reporter and will directly report to the owner
3. Manage factory workers in a brick-making factory
4. Connect with local workers in the factory
5. Manage their staffing requirements
6. Hire more workers locally as per demand in the factory
7. Fire if needed

Skills & Requirements:

1. Speaks Rajasthani
2. Can show up on time every day
3. Work for 8-9 hours a day and be present in a brick-making factory in Ganganagar City
4. Has previous experience in managing people and staff
