About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Managing diary and scheduling meetings and appointments
2. Taking dictation and minutes
3. Organizing and planning meetings
4. Recording transactions, such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accounts
5. Verifying that transactions are recorded in the correct daybook, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger
6. Entering data, maintaining records, and creating reports and financial statements
