Admission Counsellor Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Counsel students & working professionals for our various distance & ODL mode programs through multiple media like telephone calls, emails, chats & social media
2. Handle walk-ins & counselling them for new registrations & admissions
3. Generate leads and follow-ups for admissions & closure
4. Develop & maintain positive working relationships with clients/working professional
5. Maintain MIS of all student queries and status updates of action taken thereon
6. Deliver sales targets in a performance-driven competitive environment
7. Manage the data in system software
8. Work on the references provided by the existing clients/working professionals
