3. Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, or walk-ins
4. Maintain and update the student database regularly in CRM or Excel tools
5. Assist in organizing webinars, campus tours, and admission-related events
6. Achieve weekly/monthly targets for admissions and inquiries
7. Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, faculty, admin) for smooth onboarding of new students
8. Ensure a high level of student satisfaction through a consultative and supportive approach
