Admission Counselor Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Familiarizing yourself with all batches and services offered by academy
2. Procuring new clients through direct contact and collaboration with schools & colleges
3. Attending school activities to interact and connect with prospective students & parents
4. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing students & parents and ensuring that they are retained
5. Suggesting upgrades or added information and services that may be of interest to clients
6. Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients
7. Negotiating with students & parents to secure the most attractive fee
8. Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance the number of admissions
9. Reviewing students feedback and implementing necessary changes

Who can apply:

1. Must have experience in the same field
2. Good communication (Marathi, Hindi & English) and educational sales skills
3. 6-12 months of experience in educational counseling and sales will be a distinct advantage
