Analyst - Ecommerce Operations Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the merchandising, order fulfillment, warehouse, and website teams
2. Execute short and long-term fulfillment of operational strategies
3. Fulfil daily operational priorities to maximize the customer experience
4. Support in preparing reports, scorecards, and MIS for internal operations
5. Maintain inventory, order, in-production, and in-transit reports
6. Assist in order processing & fulfillment
7. Manage communication with the operations team for various portals
8. Work on tracking and reporting sales
9. Work on catalog management
10. Assist in the complete life cycle of the product from product design to final customer delivery

Requirements:

1. Candidates with an interest in number crunching/data analytics
2. Good English communication skills
3. Has basic knowledge of e-commerce and business in general
4. Willing to learn about all aspects of running a home decor and furniture brand
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
6. Strong data analysis and reporting skills
7. Detailed understanding of product lifecycle management
8. Ability to easily produce professional and meaningful business presentations
9. Happy to work in a small team
10. Willing to work hard and go out of the way to finish the assignments
