We are looking for a qualified Application Developer to design and code functional programs and applications. The goal is to write clean and flawless code to produce fully functional software applications according to our requirements
Key responsibilities:
1. Understand the requirements and should translate in application features
2. Collaborate with the team to set specifications for new applications
3. Design creative prototypes according to specifications
4. Write high-quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines
5. Perform unit and integration testing before the launch
6. Conduct functional and non-functional testing
7. Troubleshoot and debug applications
8. Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features
9. Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code
10. Work as part of our team for clear supervision on development
Requirements and skills:
1. Proven experience as an application developer
2. Experience in designing and building applications
3. Ability to program in at least one programming language such as C#, Java (J2EE) etc.
4. In-depth knowledge of programming for diverse operating systems and platforms using development tools
5. Excellent understanding of software design and programming principles
6. A team player with excellent communication skills
7. Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
8. Great attention to detail and time-management skills
9. BSc/BA in computer science or relevant field; MSc/MA will be appreciated
10. Certified application developer is a plus
11. Have excellent knowledge of programming languages
12. Be familiar with a variety of operating systems and platforms
13. The ideal candidate will also have an analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail.

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
