3. Troubleshoot, debug, evaluate, and resolve identified alarms

A. Basic Qualifications:

1. 2+ years of software development experience

2. 2+ years of technical support experience

3. Experience in troubleshooting and debugging technical systems

4. Experience in Unix

5. Experience in scripting with modern programming languages

6. Ability to prioritize tasks and follow through with detail orientation independently (mandatory)

7. Strong verbal and written communication skills

8. Knowledge of Java and Python scripting languages

9. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for operational excellence

B. Preferred Qualifications:

1. Knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web application development

2. Experience troubleshooting and maintaining hardware and software RAID

3. Experience with REST web services, XML, and JSON
