Architect Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements
2. Managing design projects from concept development through to completion
3. Developing and presenting project proposals
4. Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs
5. Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
6. Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact
7. Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations
8. Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions
9. Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines
10. Working on SketchUp, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, or any rendering software
