Architect Interior Designer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinating with the interior consultant on interior concepts for lobbies and clubhouses
2. Reviewing of interior working drawings - detail coordination with consultants- MEP and structure maintaining the design intent
3. Evaluating BOQ with reference to the budget and reverting with suggested solutions for interior works
4. Working on market research for new interior materials and tiles
5. Coordinating with the architect for sample flat finishes drawings
6. Conducting site visits and audits on interiors from a detailing and design quality execution perspective
7. Addressing customization requests along with the project architect
8. Working on the detail drawing issuance to the site - interior as and when required on priority

Skills & Requirements:

1. Candidate with an experience of around 0-6 years
2. Must have an experience with residential projects
3. Candidate must have worked on interior design concept preparation, material board preparation & 3d visualization (rendering) is must (3ds Max/SketchUp & V-ray rendering)
4. Should have good knowledge & exposure to finishing material selection & upcoming interiors trends
5. Should have decent exposure to interior designing, design coordination & site execution as well
6. Basic knowledge of BIM & Revit software would be an added advantage
