2. Complying with the specific client requirements detailed in the appropriate SOPs and work instructions
3. Ensuring the required instructions and tools are available to accurately complete a job and report to the CSR, if instructions are required, and the production manager if tools are required
4. Communicating file issues or unclear job instructions to the appropriate CSR
5. Completing a quality review on each job and producing and checking proofs as per the appropriate SOP
6. Working to GMP (good manufacturing practices) standards
7. Highlighting potential issues/non-conformances to both the production and quality departments
8. Complying with SOPs (standard operating procedures) and work instructions as detailed in training records
9. Ensuring the security of digital information by complying with the appropriate SOPs and highlighting any potential issue to the IT manager
10. Updating of quality records, as detailed in the appropriate SOPs
