Key responsibilities:

1. Assisting customers in the sale of a range of financial products on the phone
2. Being responsible for meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically
3. Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working at speed and accuracy
4. Ensuring no loss or errors occurred while assisting customers
5. Working towards ensuring zero cases of miss-selling/fraud in the processes
6. Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication
7. Adhering to and supporting company policies and practices
