About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Payments:

1.1. Timely processing of vendor payments.
1.2. Management of utility payments, including electricity and other licenses.
1.3. Handling tax and duty payments, such as GST and TDS.
1.4. Oversight of credit card payments, both for company-related and personal expenses.
1.5. Facilitating salary payments and associated payroll tasks.

2. Banking:

2.1. Executing activities related to bank limit renewals, stock statements, and other mandatory bank reports.
2.2. Handling processes related to Import Letter of Credit (LC) opening and Export LC discounting.
2.3. Managing Pre-shipment Credit in Foreign Currency (PCFC) for export transactions.
2.4. Handling foreign currency transactions, whether inbound or outbound.

3. Petty Cash:

Supervising petty cash management.

4. Bill Booking:

Recording and processing expenses incurred at the Head Office.

5. Banking for Company and Holding Entities:

Managing banking operations for the company and its affiliated holding companies and directors.

6. Audit Support:

Providing data and necessary clarifications to auditors.

7. Periodic MIS Reports:

Compiling and presenting periodic Management Information System (MIS) reports detailing fund positions, utilization, and other relevant data.

8. Budgeting Support:

Contributing to the budgeting process by assisting in budget creation and identifying variances.

9. Miscellaneous Activities:

Undertaking various other financial tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
