About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Working proactively with multidisciplinary teams to establish objectives, evaluate work progress, and ensure that goals are met within the allotted time frame
2. Promoting the accord innovations culture among team members with regard to assigning, tracking, and reporting daily operations activities in cross-disciplinary teams
3. Preparing internal assessment reports, team-based reports, and paperwork and keeping management updated on accomplishments at each stage
4. Managing recruiting, training, and fostering the development of new interns, employees, and staff
5. Working on providing orientation and training regarding the duties and responsibilities of staff
6. Assisting with ensuring that interns and employees follow company policies
7. Working on providing direction and leadership to all interns and employees
8. Coordinating between management and employees/interns and ensuring daily operations in all departments run well
9. Assisting with scheduling meetings amongst teams and ensuring timely completion of work/milestones/goals
10. Working on overseeing the day-to-day operations of organizations and organizing meetings, as well as monitoring and keeping the database of vendors, providing an expense report to the finance team, and buying the necessary stationery and other necessities
11. Working with a multidisciplinary team and maintaining employee/intern reports and records and updating in centralized servers or on cloud storage
12. Planning, monitoring, and controlling inventory management and supply chain management
13. Planning work for employees/interns, allocating and monitoring activities, and ensuring that any questions raised by the staff are answered
14. Creating periodic reports and presentations for goal tracking and accomplishment
15. Working on strategic meetings, tactical meetings, backlog meetings, and thorough systems, processes, and procedures
16. Working on organizing, printing, and storing company documentation
17. Assisting with responding to staff/employee/intern inquiries
18. Working on re-evaluating office policies and ensuring appropriate compliance with cross-disciplinary teams
19. Working on establishing values, vision, and mission, as well as planning for short- and long-term objectives

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 70%

2. Variable component: 30%
