Assistant Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Hiring, training, and developing new interns and employees
2. Working on giving orientation, and training on employees' roles and responsibilities
3. Ensuring company policies are being followed by interns and employees
4. Providing leadership and direction to all interns and employees
5. Coordinating between management and employees/interns
6. Scheduling meetings between teams
7. Overseeing the day-to-day operations at organizations
8. Scheduling meetings, managing and storing the database of vendors, submitting an expense report to the finance team, and ordering the required stationary
9. Managing reports and records of employees/interns
10. Tracking and managing inventory
11. Planning tasks for employees/interns, assigning and tracking the tasks
12. Creating regular reports and presentations for tracking, and achieving goals
13. Organizing, printing, and storing company documents as needed
14. Handling queries from staff/employees/interns
15. Updating office policies and ensuring compliance with them
16. Determining values and mission and planning for the short and long-term goals
