3. Build/Evaluate the lease commercial towards new brands or re-negotiation & share the report to senior management for decision-making
b. Centres/projects performance analysis
1. Prepare monthly reports on analysis of monthly financial MIS and highlight operational irregularities
2. Build the brand mix and proposals for new projects according to the catchment
c. Budget & MIS
1. Developing budgets, business plans, and financial models, within stated deadlines, for mall management and development projects acquired by PPZ
2. Do monthly analysis of achievements against the above budgets/business plans, identify the root cause for under/over achievement
3. Review of MIS received from operational Mall and preparing summary report highlights achievements and red flags to senior management
4. Collate & keep accurate data related to the centres including historical data, easily accessible & readily available
5. Provide spot analysis for the business requirement in a short turnaround time
6. Follow up with the centre team for the necessary data & to provide all types of necessary data to senior management on short notice
7. Support investment team/support functions with centre financials & data for business development
