We are looking for assistant partnership managers to guide students about SkillCircle's digital marketing courses at various colleges. Candidates should have excellent communication as well as interpersonal skills. They should be active listeners with a passion for education and student journeys. Must be able to guide students with various career opportunities and assist them in their career development. Work experience with EdTech will be an added advantage. Should be budding leaders.
Key responsibilities:
1. Counsel students for their course inquiry at a college
2. Counsel concerned parents in person at a college and on the phone
3. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly targets
4. Use the CRM and sales automation tools to derive sales and reports
5. Conduct the course coordinator s role after the admissions
6. Provide ongoing guidance to teachers teaching the course and deal with any questions and problems
7. Monitor the progress of the course and provide feedback to teaching staff if required
8. Work on student coordination via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Skills & Requirements:
1. 1 year of experience
2. Fluent written & spoken English language skills
3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills
4. Interest in sales and counseling
5. Knowledge of CRM and EdTech work experience
6. Multi-tasker
7. The candidate must be residing in Delhi
Expected deliverables/KPIs:
1. Counseling students during the admissions process and achieving the batch strength
2. On average 2-3 hours of talk time in person or over the call per day until the admission season
3. Looking after the student's journey right from admission to the end of the course
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,60,000 /year
